The Problem

Verification should answer not only 'Did the expected examples pass?' but 'Is the verification boundary itself complete?' Current approaches lack unified measurement combining specificity, coherence risk, governance states, and multi-model audit orchestration.

The Approach

Combines specificity/GSR/NGR ideas, governance states, multi-AI audit orchestration, coherence-risk concepts, and prototype composite indices into a single engine. Source code explicitly identifies as a combined prototype. Measures what information is preserved vs. erased in representations, evaluates decision-value survival, and orchestrates multiple AI auditors for cross-validation.
