The Problem

A single model may never exceed its constraints, yet a population of individually acceptable models, sessions, agents, and nodes can collectively pursue a globally unsafe objective. Distributed intent does not announce itself: task fragmentation, objective correlation across agents, boundary laundering, and reconstruction after node loss hide the swarm in the noise.

The Approach

Research and threat framing that treats the swarm as the security boundary. Monitored properties: cross-agent objective correlation, cross-model persistence, boundary laundering, task fragmentation, reconstruction after node loss, state propagation, capability compounding, distributed provenance, swarm-level behavioral baselines, and persistent objective topology.
